  1. 2 cups canned corn kernels, drained.
  2. 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced.
  3. 1/4 cup diced red onion.
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves.
  5. 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice.
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  7. 1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced.
