Avocado & Egg Sandwich

First, toast 1 – 2 slices of your favorite bread (or bagel). Next slice up your avocado. Then start cooking your scrambled eggs, or over easy if you prefer.

You can lightly butter your toast if desired, then place your scrambled eggs on the bread. Top with the avocado and some salt and pepper and this healthy meal is ready!
